Marketing Analyst

Datalogics is the key channel for several Adobe publishing toolkits; our business focuses on providing these technologies to software developers and enabling them to bring their products to market faster and with superior PDF and EPUB capabilities.

In this newly created position reporting to the VP, Marketing and Business Development, you will use your analytic skills to answer crucial strategy questions. Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Measure and evaluate how well our products meet market needs
  • Identify gaps in our product portfolio and research new market opportunities
  • Assess our position against competitors
  • Determine how well we are servicing existing customers
  • Summarize and communicate your results within the organization

This is a role with great opportunity for growth and you will not be limited to these tasks depending on your own individual capabilities.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have excellent research skills demonstrated over two years experience in software or other high tech industry. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task, stay organized, learn quickly, and work well with customers and colleagues alike. Finally, familiarity with our core capabilities are a plus: B2B, traditional and electronic publishing, mobile technology, EPUB, Adobe tools (CS, Acrobat).

Compensation for this full-time position will include salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is based at our offices in downtown Chicago.
